You have to really dig deep and honestly think about what you believe constitutes a specific game in regards to genre and I'm sorry but I do not believe merely having the name in the character makes a game the actual concept. If I release a kart game and remove the upgradable features in Gran Turismo is it really Gran Turismo? Mind you you could still have the new camera angle and control scheme and still have, limited ammo, limited saves ,limited health and zombies and still be a Resident Evil game, but what Resident Evil 4 removed in terms of gameplay structure to many fans essentially makes it not a Resident Evil game. you basically are not even doing the same thing that you've done in the previous Resident Evil games, the enemies are no longer even zombies.
Most Resident Evil fans consider Resident Evil 4 a Resident Evil game by name only, not by concept.
No more limited health, no more limited ammo no, more limited saves.
